As the game of rugby has had great success in Jacksonville, the union team is always looking for new players to come out and try rugby on regardless of race, religion, size, experience, or age. Jacksonville RFC competes in the Florida Rugby Union (FRU) in Division II. There will be two additional competitive teams that will be supporting Jacksonville RFC as well. They are the established local women’s rugby team and the newly formed ‘old boys’ team.
